Q1. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive ?
A: We usually make shipment by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. In general it takes

A: Yes of course, please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our samples.

Q5. How to deal with the faulty ?
Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the faulty rate will be less than 1%.If defective products would be found, please give us a description of the issue with photos and/or videos. After our QC confirms that it’s really our quality problem, we make replenishment.
